Tools of War: Attendees are expected to bring their army, dice, a tape measure, objective markers, and all relevant rules publications. Attendees will also need access to an electronic device with WiFi in order to access opponents’ army lists and record game results via the Milarki tournament platform. Please ensure they are charged and available for reference at all times. Free, public WiFi is available at the venue.


Tournament Platform


Attendees are expected to sign up to Milarki at https://www.milarki.com in order to be added to the Tournament Roster and manage Army List submission. Failure to do so may result in game delays or refusal to the event.


Throughout the event, players must record their games via Milarki. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact a member of the events team.


Army List Submission


Attendees must submit army lists via Milarki by Thursday, 27th February, 2 days before the date of the tournament. Lists will be made public on the day of the tournament.


Incom Gaming is a Licensed venue, I.D. is required to purchase alcohol. Only snacks & beverages purchased* from Incom Gaming may be consumed on the premises.


*Exception to our food & drinks policy are beverages included in Fast food meals, supplied in a single use disposable container & hot drinks containing a non dairy milk alternative. 
Refunds and transfers can ONLY be processed directly through us at Incom Gaming, please DO NOT buy anything through a third party as this will result in you turning up for an event without a space allocated.
